ZN85-40.5P Solid-insulation-embedded Pole Type Indoor High-voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker Series

Overview

VKVSI-40.5P series indoor high-voltage alternating-current vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as VKVSI) is an indoor switchgear component for three-phase electric system of AC50Hz and rated voltage up to and including 40.5kV. It adopts integrated design of spring operating mechanism and body of circuit breaker, with drawout installation mode, see Fig.1 for its basic structure and outline dimension.

The product complies with the standards GB, DL and IEC, reaches M2-E2 level in performance.

●Main circuit adopts solid-insulation-embedded pole

Main circuit of circuit breaker adopts the APG technology and uses high-performance epoxy resin to cast the vacuum arc-extinguish chamber and upper/lower outgoing terminals, which protects the vacuum arc-extinguish chamber from effect of dust, moisture or dirt, and improves environmental adaptability and insulating reliability, meanwhile, it reduces the adjustment procedure of circuit breaker, and improves assembly quality and mechanical reliability of product.

●The breaker is M2-class circuit breaker

Superior performance of mechanism can be used at place with frequent operations, the circuit breaker meets the requirements of M2 class breaker, and mechanical life is up to 20,000 times.

●The breaker is E2-class breaker

The breaker has passed all type tests atShanghaiHigh-voltageElectricalApparatusTestCenter, it meets the requirements of E2 class breaker, the breaking of circuit breaker for full capacity short-circuit current is up to 20 times.

●The mechanism of circuit breaker has excellent corrosion resistance

The parts use advanced surface treatment technology, which make the parts with stronger corrosion ability and higher mechanical stability.

●High stability and reliability

Comparing with ZN85 circuit breaker, the product has improved the closing bounce time and opening rebound value in order to enhance the reliability of operation.

● High current level

Rated current can be up to 2500A, can meet the needs of 35kV heavy-current handcart circuit breaker in the market.

● Flexible program for cabinet

It can be matched with KYN61 switchgear (slight modification to cabinet), also can be specially designed and matched with improved KYN61 switchgear (1200mm and 1680mm in width).

It also is applicable for mid-set switchgear of 35KV if is equipped with chassis.
