VK4-12 Indoor High-voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker Series

Overview

VK4-12 series indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as VK4) is an indoor switchgear component for three-phase electric system of AC50Hz and rated voltage up to and including 12kV, can be used in KYN28A-12 switchgear or installed in XGN2 fixed type switchgear and so on. Due to its integrated design of spring operating mechanism and body of circuit breaker, it not only can be used as a fixed installation unit, but also can be equipped with a special propelling mechanism to constitute a handcart unit for operation.

● Unique appearance design

The circuit breaker is professionally designed by invited foreign experts with characteristics of VKVSI series circuit breaker of the company.

● High corrosion resistance

Surface of most parts of the product use advanced nickel-phosphorus alloy treatment to guarantee high antifouling and corrosion resistance of the product.

● Interchangeable

It can be directly exchanged with ZN63A (VS1)-12, VK4-12P and VK4-12M products.

● Long life

Comparing with ZN63A(VS1) circuit breaker, the mechanical life of the product with breaking current up to and including 31.5kA has increased from 20,000 to 30,000 times; and that of the product with breaking current of 40kA has increased from 10,000 to 20,000 times.

● Highly reliable secondary system

Electrical components use imported or the best domestic products, thereby enhancing the stability and reliability of the secondary system.

Primary conductive circuit is maintenance free

● High dielectric strength

When the product is used at the altitude of 2000 meters or below, it does not need to replace any parts to meet the insulation requirements: the insulating components use imported or best domestic materials, while the design margin is increased, thus improve the insulation performance of the circuit breaker.
